"This album is a document of a period of enormous change in my life. We started it in the middle of lockdown, recorded half of it while I was 6 months pregnant, and we finished it with me with a 9 month old baby. So the songs were written over the time of lockdown, to coming off contraception, during pregnancy, and then post birth and 9 months into new motherhood."
